Created this birthday card using Tim Holtz Birthday Blueprint stamp, TH Simple Sayings sentiment & Darice Birthday 3pk Candle embossing border. Stamped the sentiment tag & sentiment on separate Kraft cardstock and cut out with TH scissors. Added stickles to candle flame.
