hey Gill friend Paper Smooches Summer Tag

Created this Tag using Paper Smooches Surf & Turf stamps.

Mixed 2 different paints together: Baby Blue & Green. Painted with a foam brush on white cardstock. After allowing paint time to dry I stamped the fish using yellow ink on the painted cardstock not easily seen in the photo but nicely seen in person. Embossed the Tag with a wavy embossing folder. Stamped the pier post & Pelican on white cardstock. Paper pieced the pier post & pelican cutting out with scissors. Added wiggle eyes to the Pelican. Popped the pieces on using foam adhesive. Stamped the sentiment & cut it out with a Stampin' up die. Added ribbon.
